Getting to Know me

I was born in Jackson in 1975.  I was raised in Georgetown MS.  I lived with my parents growing up. After leaving Key Elementary, I went on to be Student Body President at Blackburn and Jim Hill.  I graduated from Jim Hill in 1994. I played football for Millsaps College for two years.  I also played football, soccer, baseball and was a member of the track teams in high school.  When I left Millsaps College, I worked at DoubleCote, Southern Farm Casualty Company and Mississippi Department of Human Services.  I am now employed by the city of Jackson. I have a 6 year old daughter. While working for the state I became a certified personal trainer. I like doing 5K’s.  My plan is to do the Mississippi Blues half marathon next year.
